The plastic sheeting for greenhouse purposes is made with two sheets of high-strength virgin polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. There is added strength with a heavy-duty scrim reinforcement placed between the two films, which enhances tear-resistance and increases service life. The two outer layers of films contain high concentrations of UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers to ensure outdoor life up to two years.
